Most companies do not need another HubSpot admin on payroll. They need the right expert for the next problem. Hiring for the peak means paying for the quiet months. Hiring for the quiet months means the big projects never get done. HubSpot Operations on Demand exists to get out of that trap.

I'm Devin Holmes, founder and CEO of Digital Impact. We are a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner based in Missoula, Montana, founded in 2017, and we run HubOps: HubSpot operations on demand for companies in North America and Europe. This is a short introduction to who we help, how we work and where documents fit into it.

Who we help

Our clients are growing B2B companies with a HubSpot portal that needs expert hands more often than a full-time hire would justify. Mechanical and construction contractors sending proposals from every deal. Professional services firms that want reporting the partners trust. Technology companies and manufacturers whose sales process has outgrown the setup they started with.

The common thread is a leadership team that knows what HubSpot should be doing for them and does not have the people to make it happen. That is the gap we fill, either for a scoped project or as an ongoing extension of their team.

How we think about HubSpot

Strategy and execution from one team, scoped to the work. We combine human judgement with AI precision: the strategy, process design and client conversations stay human, and we use AI where it makes the execution faster and more accurate. The result is a CRM the team actually uses, with pipelines that mirror how they sell, automation that removes real admin and dashboards that answer the questions leadership asks.

One rule we hold ourselves to: we do not recommend a tool to a client until we have built their workflow in it. If it runs inside their HubSpot and the output is right, the demo closes itself. If it does not, we have saved them a bad purchase.

Where Portant fits

Portant passed that test. One of our clients, a mechanical contractor, sends several proposals from the same deal to different companies, and wanted each document named clearly on the record: company one, deal name; company two, deal name. I built the workflow in their portal, set the output name from the deal properties, and showed them the proposals generating from the Portant card on the deal they were already looking at. They bought a team subscription off the back of that demo.

That is the pattern now. For any client whose sales process ends in a quote, proposal or contract, we set up Portant templates and workflows alongside the pipeline work, so the documents come out of HubSpot as accurately as the data goes in, and they land back on the timeline where the rest of the team can see them.

Where to find us

If HubSpot should be doing more for you and nobody on the team has the hours, we should talk. Find us at digitalimpact.ai, on our Portant partner page, or through our HubSpot Solutions Partner profile. If you want to see the document layer first, the Portant + HubSpot integration page shows it in product terms.

Operations on demand. Expertise when you need it, not a seat you have to fill.
