I'm Trudy Burton, founder and lead solutions architect at CloudMaitre. We're a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner based in the UK, and we have been working in HubSpot since 2017. This is a quick introduction to who we are, who we help, and how we like to work.
Who we help
Our clients sit anywhere from two-person startups to enterprise teams at organisations like IAG Loyalty. Company size has never been the deciding factor. The common thread is people who are serious about getting CRM and marketing automation right, and who want a senior pair of hands on it from day one.
By the time we get the call, the team has usually already bought HubSpot and started using it. Sometimes the onboarding stalled. Sometimes the workflows have grown into a tangle no one wants to touch. Sometimes the data is messy and the reporting can no longer be trusted. Our job is to untangle the existing setup and turn it into a HubSpot portal the team actually relies on.
How we think about HubSpot
The person you speak to in the sales conversation is the same person doing the work. No handoff, no account manager layer, no junior team running the project while a senior name signs the proposal. That single decision changes how every project runs.
We start with the business process, not the platform. Where does the deal start, what has to happen at each step, who needs to see what, what is the system actually being asked to deliver.
