Most training organisations don't have a tool problem. They have a structure problem. Once you accept that, the right HubSpot project becomes obvious.
I'm Édouard Brunetot, founder of Cobound. We're a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner based in Caen, Normandy, and we work exclusively with French training organisations, the organismes de formation. This is a quick introduction to who we help, how we work, and where Portant fits in.
Who we help
Our clients are French OFs running real businesses. Independent trainers scaling past the founder, professional training groups managing dozens of sessions a month, multi-site organisations juggling OPCO funding, CPF rules, and Qualiopi audits at the same time. Different sizes, the same pattern: an Excel file holds the commercial pipeline, the LMS holds the sessions, and emails hold whatever didn't fit anywhere else.
By the time we get the call, the team has usually tried to fix it by adding another tool. The result is more files, more re-entry, and information that lives in one person's head. Our job is to put one structured system in, so the activity stays pilotable, even when the team changes or someone is on holiday.
How we think about HubSpot
We don't run theoretical training. Our integration program is six two-hour workshops, on the client's own HubSpot instance, with the people who will actually use it. We build with you. By the end, the team owns the system instead of depending on us.
The structure is always the same: HubSpot centralises the demand, the deal, and every action around it. The training-management software keeps doing what it's good at, the sessions, the attendance sheets, the conventions, the Qualiopi paperwork. We connect the two so nothing is re-entered, nothing is lost, and every demande has one owner from the first email to the final invoice.
Where Portant fits
French training is a paper-heavy world. Conventions de formation, devis, programmes, attestations, BPF, financing dossiers for the OPCO. If your HubSpot data is clean but those documents are still being copy-pasted in Word, the structure breaks at exactly the moment the customer is waiting.
Portant is the layer we use to close that gap. It reads from the same HubSpot deal and contact records the team already trusts, generates the document on the spot, and writes it back to the timeline. Sales doesn't get a new tool. Administration gets one source of truth for what was actually sent. The dossier moves at the speed of the data behind it, which is exactly what an OPCO controller wants to see.
Where to find us
If your team is rebuilding the same convention three times a week, your dossiers depend on one person's memory, or your HubSpot feels disconnected from the rest of the activity, we should talk.
You can find us at cobound.fr, or book a 20-minute point directly at cobound.fr/meetings/ebrunetot. If you want to see what the document layer looks like inside HubSpot first, the Portant + HubSpot integration page walks through it in product terms.
Structurer un organisme de formation, c'est notre seul métier. That's the job.
