What is an order form?

An order form is a document a customer uses to place an order for your products or services. It lists the items, quantities, unit prices and totals, along with customer and delivery details, so you can confirm and fulfil the order with no back and forth. To use it, open the Google Doc, make your own copy, and add your products.
