We’ve just released something a faster, easier way to create beautiful, brand-aligned proposal templates that connect directly with your HubSpot workflow.

If you’re already using Portant to automate proposals, quotes, and contracts, you’ll know how much time it saves. But until now, getting your documents looking right often meant adjusting layouts, colours, and fonts by hand.

That’s no longer the case!

You can now request a custom proposal design

Portant annual users can now request a custom-designed proposal template, tailored to your brand’s look and feel, ready to use instantly inside HubSpot. Each design is created by a trusted HubSpot design specialist, built using Google Slides, so you can generate and send professional, consistent proposals from HubSpot in seconds.

What’s included

When you redeem your template, you’ll receive:

  • 8 slides designed for sales proposals (not presentations)
  • 2 rounds of feedback to make sure it fits your brand
  • Built-in master slides so your visual identity can be updated easily
  • A short guide explaining how to adapt and maintain your template as your brand evolves

The result: a proposal that looks like your brand - minimal, bold, or elegant - and works seamlessly with your Portant automations.

How it works

  1. Redeem your design. Click the link in your Portant email or dashboard.
  2. Fill out a short form. Share your logo, colours, fonts, and brand direction.
  3. Receive your proposal. Your designer will deliver an editable, 16:9 proposal within about a week.
  4. Start sending. Generate and deliver on-brand proposals and quotes directly from HubSpot.

All for $500 per proposal (8 slides), available exclusively for Portant annual plan users.

Why we built this

We’ve seen how much impact design has on the sales process. Great proposals don’t just look good, they help teams close faster by making your offer feel clear, confident, and professional. But creating those templates from scratch takes time and design expertise that many sales teams don’t have.

This update bridges that gap. You still get the automation and reliability that Portant provides, with design quality that matches your brand, and without any extra setup or design work from your team.

Built for sales, not presentations

One of the biggest learnings from our early design work was that sales documents have their own rhythm. They need to be structured for clarity and persuasion, not slideshows or marketing decks.

That’s why these templates are specifically crafted for proposals and quotes: simple, well-structured layouts that make it easy to tell your story, present your offer, and include all key deal details in one place.

Part of a growing ecosystem

This release also marks the start of something bigger. We’re exploring how Portant can help teams bring brand consistency to all sales paperwork - including invoices and contracts - while keeping everything connected to HubSpot.

Custom proposals are just the first step. As more teams adopt this feature, we’ll expand it to cover the full sales document suite.
