In this guide we will jump straight to sending an email from Microsoft Outlook. However, if you haven't created a workflow before, please follow this guide on How to create your first workflow.
Once you have configured your workflow and added the source and template blocks, click on the plus icon to add an email block:
Then, select the option "Microsoft Outlook":
If you haven't yet linked your Microsoft account to Portant, you will be prompted to do this:
To conclude, personalize your email by adding your desired tags, attaching the necessary files, and then simply click on "Save" to save your changes:
