How to update your billing details (including tax information)

Did you know that you can update your billing information from your account settings?

In this article you will learn how to:

Update your billing details (including tax information)

Your billing settings options are located on the billing page here: https://app.portant.co/settings/billing

On this page you can view the date your plan renews on and also upgrade to a new plan.

When you have purchased a paid Portant plan, a 'Manage' button will appear on the page next to 'Current Plan'. If you click the 'Manage' button, another tab in your browser will open, which will look like this:

This is where you can view the date your plan renews on, update your plan, your payment card details, email address (for invoices), billing details (including tax info) and the history of invoices (including pdf downloads).

To update your billing details, click on the 'Update information' button under the 'BILLING INFORMATION' section and update your billing details. This is also where you can add your tax information if you need this to appear on your invoices.
